Kent is feeling nostalgic about leaving England and wanted to take a trip back to Oxford to hang out with friends and visit a few of his favorite pubs. We planned for a Saturday day-trip and pub walk the first weekend of November. Kent and I headed up in the morning on the train and walked through the Covered Market and around our old 'hood.
We started out at the White Horse and met up with a group of friends.....and from there too a walk up to the Perch for pint #2. It turns out that the days are just too short in November for a proper pub walk - it was dark already by 4pm! We had to take a taxi up to the Trout, our dinner destination. After a great meal with friends, it was back to London......
