We've been slowly decorating for Christmas over the last 2 weekends. A trip to Home Depot to put a 10 ft tree on top of the Mini, trying to get said tree not to topple over, a trip to Hobby Lobby to buy enough ornaments to cover this massive tree, going to 4 stores to find plain white lights (outdoor lights still in progress), wreath making and going all-out with the silver and turquoise theme...
....almost ready for our party on Saturday!! Who knew that we knew 30+ people?? It's a good mix of old friends and new friends from the tri club, Junior League, Kent's work and a few neighbors. Alcohol is purchased....menu is in the concept stage but should materialize on Fri and Sat. Should be good times!
Oh yeah, I better get on gift shopping and card writing!!
