A taste of home

I just had to post this pic of Kent - trying to get a taste of home by making salsa! Really, it's almost impossible to keep salsa in our house, seeing as how Kent could eat a 1/2 jar in one sitting and it costs £5-6 (that's $7-9 people!). He makes a pretty darn good fresh salsa, and even better when we can actually find jalapenos.


The second pic of course is Kent with his latest pride and joy - his UK-size gas grill. He bought it the week after we moved in. The second way that Kent tries to bring TX food to London is with a perfect grilled steak. It's a weekly occurrence. Yum.
