Holiday party at the Polish Embassy

The first weekend of December, Potocki Vodka was asked to sponsor a party at the Polish Embassy in London. It's their annual holiday charity event to benefit a charity called "The Butterfly Effect" (A loose translation from Polish!) to help bring better education to rural Poland.
Potocki provided the cocktails for the event and a restaurant which Potocki partners with, called Baltic, did some fancy appetizers.

Friday, Dec. 3, we dusted off the ball gown and tux and headed out to Portland Place to the beautiful old building of the Polish Embassy. After a 'social hour' we went to the upstairs ballroom for the performance of an apparently famous Polish MIME. Strange, but it was actually pretty entertaining.

It was a fun night meeting some interesting people (although, I think we were part of the few who didn't speak Polish) and having some nice cocktails. We really made a night of it and even went for a martini at China Tang at The Dorchester to cap off the evening (the last photo).
